Die Low Profile Digital Storage Oszilloskope der Serie SDS6000L von SIGLENT bieten bis zu 8 analoge Kanäle + 16 digitale Kanäle in einem platzsparenden Gehäuse. Diese Serie ist mit Bandbreiten von 2 GHz / 1 GHz / 500 MHz erhältlich und bietet eine maximale Abtastrate von 5 GSa/s (10 GSa/s ESR) für jeden Kanal und eine maximale Aufzeichnungslänge von 500 Mpts/ch.
